How does ServiCaixa work?
Tickets can be bought through the ServiCaixa system, apart from the Auditorium Box Office, through the following sales channels:
- ServiCaixa cash machines:
To be found at most La Caixa branches.
Click here to enter a cash machine search system which will find you the one nearest to your area.
The cash machine will print your tickets for direct entry to the facility.
- Internet or phone 902 33 22 11:
Once you have made your purchase through one of these channels, tickets can be collected from the cash/ticket dispenser situated near the Auditorium box office. You will need the credit card which was used to make the purchase. It is recommended that tickets be collected half an hour before the performance starts.

Where can I pick up my tickets bought over the Internet or by phone?

Can I return or exchange my tickets?
Tickets, once bought, can neither be returned nor exchanged, as stated in the purchase conditions printed on the back of the ticket.
Can reservations be made?
Reservations cannot be made.
Are there seats for the disabled?
There is always space reserved for the sale of tickets to the disabled. Indeed, the Auditorium de Palma is fully adapted to the needs of the disabled.
Do small children pay?
As a rule, children under 3 years of age sitting on their parents' lap and not occupying a seat do not pay.
What conditions do I agree to on buying a ticket?
Once the ticket has been bought, it cannot be exchanged or returned.
Tickets are equipped with various security devices. Do not buy your ticket at an unauthorised sales point: it may be forged and will not entitle you to enter the facility. In this case the Management declines any liability.
The Management reserves the right to alter the programme for reasons beyond our control. If the performance is suspended, the price of the ticket will be refunded 48 hours after the cancellation has been announced.
You are asked to be punctual. Once the performance has started there is no entry into the hall.

Photography with or without flash, filming and recording in the hall without the Management's express authorisation is prohibited.
